Crinkles & Bows

About My Dynamic

everything about how I actually live

Hi, I'm Mommy's baby girl

This is the honest, complete version of my life โ€” the one I don't get to explain at work or in class. I'm a full-time baby girl. Not "sometimes, when I have a free weekend." Full time. Diapered, locked, looked after, and told what to do by my Mommy.

Right now Mommy and I are long distance, which means a lot of my rules run on trust and reporting instead of her hands. That's temporary. The plan is to live together, and when we do, almost everything on this page gets stricter โ€” she takes over the parts I currently do for myself.

Everything below is real and current. If a rule changes, this page changes with it.

Mommy's word is final

This is the rule that all the other rules hang off of.

  • Mommy decides. If she says it, that's the answer. I don't get a vote, and I don't get to negotiate after the fact.
  • I ask, I don't assume. Anything outside my normal routine gets asked about first, not apologized for later.
  • No arguing, no attitude, no sulking. Disagreeing respectfully once is allowed. Whining, going quiet, or getting snippy is an attitude problem, and attitude problems get punished.
  • I answer honestly, even when it earns me a punishment. Hiding something is always worse than the thing I hid. Lying is the fastest way to a very bad day.
  • I call her Mommy. Always. In writing, out loud, in my head.
  • When I'm little, I talk little. Soft, babyish, "please" and "thank you," asking instead of demanding.

None of this works without the other half of it: she's responsible for me. She decides because she takes care of me, not just because she can.

Diapers โ€” 24/7, no exceptions

I have been in diapers full time for coming up on three years. There is no "off" day, no break, no going without.

  • 24/7. Awake, asleep, working, in class, out with friends. Always padded.
  • Wetting and messing. My diapers are used for everything. That's what they're for and that's what I use them for.
  • Zero potty privileges. The toilet is not mine. It is not an option I get to ask about, and asking doesn't change the answer. I don't use it, period.
  • I don't get to hold it. Waiting, clenching, or trying to "make it to a change" is its own kind of disobedience. When I need to go, I go.

Changes

Because we're long distance, I currently change myself โ€” but never on my own authority. I report to Mommy, I check in with her, and she decides when I've been in one long enough. Sometimes she tells me to wait.

When we live together, that ends. Mommy will do every single change. All of them. I won't change myself at all, and being changed by her โ€” laid down, cleaned up, powdered, taped โ€” will just be part of my day, several times a day, forever.

What I'm allowed to wear

At home

Only baby clothes. That's the whole rule. Rompers, onesies, snap-crotch bodysuits, little dresses, footie pajamas, sleepers, ruffled socks, babyish girl clothes. Soft, short, and obviously made for a baby.

Nothing I wear at home is allowed to hide my diaper. Onesies snap under it, dresses sit above it, and the bulk is always visible. That's on purpose โ€” I'm not supposed to be able to forget what I am, and neither is anyone who sees me.

In public

Out in the world I wear adult men's clothes, because that's what my job and my college need to see. But even then it's kept a little childish โ€” soft colors, cartoon-ish details, simple babyish things tucked into an otherwise normal outfit.

And I don't get to obsess over hiding. If the bulge shows through, it shows. If my waistband peeks out when I sit or reach, it peeks out. I'm not allowed to fuss about it, tug at my clothes, or pick an outfit purely to conceal it. A little bit noticeable is fine โ€” that's part of the deal.

Gear

Pacifiers, bibs at meals, mittens when I've been grabby, and whatever else Mommy decides belongs on me that day. Paci at bedtime is not optional.

What I'm allowed to do

My time is split into exactly two modes, and only one of them is mine.

Working or in class โ€” I'm allowed to be a functioning adult. That's it. That's the entire list of exceptions.

Every other waking hour โ€” baby activities only.

  • Coloring, stickers, playing, blocks, puzzles, stuffies, simple little games
  • Nap time, snack time, bottle time, floor time
  • Chores Mommy assigns, in the way she assigns them
  • Being on the platform in my little headspace

I don't get "adult downtime." No doomscrolling, no adult hobbies to unwind, no "I've earned a normal evening." When the work is done, I'm little again immediately โ€” that's the whole point of the rule.

Screens

Baby media only. Cartoons, kid shows, nursery music, simple little games. Whatever's on my screen has to be something a baby would be allowed to watch.

Anything outside that list needs asking first, and the answer is usually no unless it's for work or school. My screens are Mommy's to take away, and losing them is one of the punishments I earn most often.

No privacy, no dignity

I don't have privacy from Mommy. Not partial privacy, not "unless I ask" โ€” none.

  • She watches me. The monitor is on. She can look in on me whenever she wants, without warning and without asking, and I don't get to know when she is.
  • Nothing is off limits to her. My phone, my messages, my accounts, my browser history, my body. She looks at whatever she wants.
  • I don't get closed doors. Not for changes, not for the shower, not for anything.
  • I report. Wettings, messes, changes, meals, bedtime, how I'm feeling. She knows how my day actually went because I tell her, in detail, whether or not it makes me squirm.
  • Embarrassment isn't a reason to stop. If something is humiliating, that's usually a sign it's working, not a reason to skip it.

This is the part that sounds hardest from the outside and is honestly the easiest from the inside. There's nothing to manage and nothing to hide. She already knows everything, so I get to just be little.

Bottles, formula, and food rules

Drinks

Almost everything I drink comes from a bottle. Not a glass, not a can โ€” a bottle, or sometimes a sippy.

I'm allowed exactly three things:

  1. Formula (powdered milk) โ€” this is the big one. The strong majority of what I drink in a day is formula.
  2. Water
  3. Watered-down juice

That's the whole list. Nothing else goes in my bottle and nothing else goes in me.

Food

Mommy sets the guidelines and spot-checks me against them. She doesn't approve every bite while we're apart, but she can ask what I've eaten at any moment, and the answer had better match the rules.

  • Caffeine โ€” off limits / heavily rationed. I don't get to run on coffee.
  • Alcohol โ€” not without permission, which is rarely given.
  • Junk food and sweets โ€” Mommy's to give, not mine to take. Treats are earned.
  • Hydration quota โ€” I have a daily amount I have to finish. It keeps me healthy and it keeps me busy in other ways too.

When we live together this changes completely: she'll plan and make my meals, and I'll eat what I'm given.

Bedtime is 9:00 PM

Nine o'clock. Every night.

Not "around nine." Not "nine unless something interesting is happening." Nine.

The routine leading up to it is the same every night: fresh diaper, jammies or a sleeper, a bottle, stuffies collected, paci in, lights out. Mommy gets my check-in before I'm allowed to go to sleep.

Staying up past it is one of the easiest ways to earn an early bedtime the following night โ€” which stacks, and which I hate, which is exactly why it works.

Baths, cleaning up, and being taken care of

Getting clean isn't something I do privately. It's something that gets done to me, or reported to Mommy when she can't do it herself.

  • Bath and shower time is Mommy-directed โ€” when, how long, and how thoroughly.
  • The full change routine every time: wiped properly, dried, powdered, cream where I need it. Rash care isn't optional and being sloppy about it earns a punishment.
  • Teeth, hair, nails, skin โ€” checked and reported like everything else.
  • No hiding from it. No closed door, no "I'll do it later," no skipping.

When we're together, all of this becomes hers to do. She'll bathe me, dry me, powder me, and dress me, and I'll just get to be little through the whole thing.

My stuffies and comfort things

My stuffies are not decoration. They sleep with me, they come with me, and losing one for a night genuinely wrecks me โ€” which is why Mommy uses them.

  • Stuffies in bed with me every night, no exceptions
  • Paci at bedtime, and any other time Mommy decides my mouth needs to be busy
  • A blankie for naps and hard days

Taking them away is a punishment. Being made to sleep without my stuffies, or having my paci taken for the evening, hurts more than most physical punishments do. Mommy knows that. That's the point.

Locked, and staying that way

I am locked in chastity 24/7. It doesn't come off for comfort, for a bad day, or because I asked nicely.

Who holds the key

Because we're long distance, the key is physically near me โ€” but it is not mine. I hold it; Mommy commands it. I do not unlock for any reason without her explicit word, and she knows I won't. That honor is the whole arrangement, and breaking it would be the worst thing I could do in this dynamic.

When we live together she takes the key properly, and this stops being a matter of trust at all.

Releases

Extremely rare. Long-term, Mommy decides when โ€” and "when" is measured in a scale I don't get told in advance. There is no schedule, no counting down, and nothing I can do to earn one faster. Asking too often makes it further away.

Teasing

Being denied doesn't mean being left alone. Mommy teases me on purpose โ€” reminding me, winding me up, making sure I feel locked instead of just being locked. Getting worked up with nowhere for it to go is the entire experience, and she enjoys it far too much.

Punishments can also add time. Days get stacked onto a number that was already not going anywhere.

Cuckolding & forced-bi โ€” where we actually are

This is the honest section, and the honest answer is: we haven't done any of it yet.

It's something we're both genuinely interested in. We've talked about it, we come back to it, and neither of us has decided against it. But nothing has happened, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise on my own blog just because it would make a better story.

What draws us to it

For me it's the same thread that runs through everything else here. Being locked while she isn't. Being the one who doesn't get to, watching someone who does. Being kept, and being reminded โ€” kindly, but unmistakably โ€” that I'm not in charge of what happens.

For Mommy, it's the freedom of it, and honestly the fun of having me all worked up with nowhere to put it.

Forced-bi

If and when this ever happens, forced-bi is part of what we're both drawn to โ€” me being told to help, to serve, to do what I'm told in front of someone else, without that being a choice I get to make in the moment.

Where it stands

Interested. Discussed. Not done. Boundaries will get worked out properly and slowly, in person, and nothing happens until we both actually want it to. When something does happen, it'll show up on this blog like everything else.

Work, college, and being big

I do have a job and I am in school, and those are the only two windows where I get to be an adult.

  • I show up, I do the work, and I do it well. Being little is never an excuse for being bad at my responsibilities โ€” Mommy would come down on that hard.
  • I'm padded through all of it. Nobody knows. That's between me, my diaper, and my Mommy.
  • The second I'm done, I'm little again. No adult decompression time, no transition hour. Home means baby, immediately.

Being trusted with the big-life stuff is part of why the little-life stuff gets to be as complete as it is. I hold up my end, and Mommy takes everything else off my plate.

The Rules

Everything above, in one list, so there's no arguing about what I knew.

Mommy

  1. Mommy's word is final. I obey the first time.
  2. I call her Mommy, always.
  3. I ask permission instead of assuming, and I never lie โ€” not even to avoid a punishment.
  4. No attitude, no whining, no sulking, no silent treatment.
  5. I check in with her every day and report honestly.

Diapers 6. Diapered 24/7. No exceptions, ever. 7. I wet and mess my diapers. That's what they're for. 8. Zero potty privileges. The toilet is not mine. 9. I don't hold it or try to wait for a change. 10. Long distance: I change myself only with Mommy's say-so and I report every change. In person: Mommy does every change. 11. Proper change routine every time โ€” wiped, dried, powdered, creamed.

Clothes 12. At home: baby clothes only โ€” rompers, onesies, dresses, footie pajamas, babyish girl clothes. 13. Nothing at home may hide my diaper. 14. In public: adult men's clothes, kept slightly childish. 15. I don't fuss about my bulge or waistband showing a little. 16. Paci at bedtime, and whenever Mommy says.

Time & screens 17. Outside work and college, only baby activities are allowed. 18. Screens are for baby media only. 19. No adult downtime. When work is done, I'm little again immediately. 20. Bedtime is 9:00 PM, every night, with the full routine.

Food & drink 21. Almost all drinks come from a bottle. 22. Only formula, water, or watered-down juice. Formula is the majority. 23. No caffeine. No alcohol without permission. 24. Sweets and junk food are Mommy's to give, not mine to take. 25. I finish my daily hydration quota.

Chastity 26. Locked 24/7. I never unlock without Mommy's explicit word. 27. Releases are extremely rare and entirely Mommy's decision. 28. No edging, no touching, no getting around it. Asking too often pushes it further away.

Privacy 29. I have no privacy from Mommy. She can look at anything, any time. 30. The monitor stays on. She watches whenever she wants. 31. No closed doors.

Being a good girl 32. Stuffies in bed every night. 33. I say please, thank you, and sorry, and I mean them. 34. I take my punishments without complaining, and I post them here. 35. If I'm struggling, I tell Mommy instead of hiding it. That's a rule too.

How punishments work

When I break a rule, it gets dealt with โ€” properly, and then it's over.

How it goes:

  1. I tell Mommy what I did, or she catches it. Either way it gets named out loud.
  2. She decides the punishment and the amount. I don't negotiate it.
  3. I do it, all of it, however much she said.
  4. I take a photo as proof. Not optional. Every punishment on this blog has proof attached โ€” that's the whole reason the punishment log exists.
  5. I post it here, publicly, with what I did wrong and what I learned.
  6. Then it's finished. She doesn't hold it over me afterwards.

Punishments stack when I've earned more than one, and a bad attitude about a punishment earns another one on top.

The full catalogue of what I can be given is listed on this page, and every punishment I've actually received is in the punishment log.

Everything I can be given

The full list Mommy picks from. Every punishment I actually receive gets logged on the punishment page with proof.
